CONSULTATION
This step involves the gathering house plans, design elements, style, area limitations, bedroom and bathroom quanitities and other items that help to define your design, and provide to the architectural designer.

DESIGN & DRAWINGS
A hand selected designer based on your initial information will arrange a meeting or conference to review the material, confirm design intent, and provide contact information. Following the consultation, should you wish to switch to another Consultant, you can that free of charge.
03
SUBMIT TO BUILDER
Following receipt of your New House Plan, you will have the opportunity to reveiw it, make corrections as needed free of charge, and provide your final comments to the Designer. Your Designer will make the corrections, and WahLah!
